Nucleus

Nucleus is another content management system (CMS) available in the Elefante Applications Installer but at the same time it can be considered an advanced and complex blogging platform. Because of the broadened functionality, it is referred to as a CMS by its creators.

Nucleus is indeed similar to other popular blogging systems such as Wordpress, but it is equipped with a very useful feature for multiple authors to post in multiple blogs and categories. The home page can display posts from different blogs. You can give different permissions to each author using the integrated permission system. Website visitors can register and become members of the site - that will allow them to post comments on articles as well as rate these articles. Nucleus allows authors to use drafts and future posts, there is an option for file and image upload along with backup and restore functions.
