4.1.1 List All Clients

This subsection actually represents your dynamic database of customers, updated automatically in accordance with your sales activity. To facilitate your work with   your growing number of customers, we have added a highly customizable search functionality, allowing you to explore your hosting accounts records searching for particular customer/s by different criteria, e.g. client name, account username, account creation/expiration date, domain name etc. You have full control over your customers’ hosting accounts. You are able to renew them, upgrade them or purchase additional services at wholesale price. Moreover, you are able to even log into your customers’ Web Hosting Control Panel and work inside, whenever a customer of yours needs your valuable assistance.

4.1.2 Manage a Client

The 'Manage a Client' subsection is inner-connected with the previous one, but it's entirely focused on the managing of a particular client of yours. Here again you have at your disposal the customer accounts search functionality, to help you select the desired client's hosting account and get access to the its management options: Renew/Upgrade (web hosting plan/service), Billing (shows the invoices issued to your client), Domain Names (lists the domain names of your client), CP Setup (offers a possibility to enable/disable the Upgrades section in your client's Web Hosting Control Panel), E-mail Notifications (offers the possibility to set the e-mails sent by ResellersPanel on behalf of your company name to go to your client's mailbox).

4.2.1 List All Affiliates

This subsection is your affiliates’ statistics area. Here you will find up-to-date information and full details of your affiliates i.e. visitors of your web store who have signed up for our FREE program, the cPanel program or any of our dedicated server services through a link or banner located on your store’s website, or any other place on the Internet where you advertise our reseller hosting services.

The subsection provides a full overview of all affiliates you have attracted to us through our affiliate program and the amount of profits they have brought to you. Your ‘affiliate profit’ is withdrawn from the retail price payments of your affiliates’ web hosting clients. Each time they order or renew a web hosting account, register a domain name or upgrade service, you receive 10% of the transaction as an ‘affiliate commission’.

4.2.2 Promo Tools

Here you will find all necessary tools for popularizing our reseller hosting programs and services. Choose from a variety of promo banners of different sizes to place on your website/s, public websites or any other place you might find strategically useful. You can also copy your unique affiliate link of the type:  http://www.resellerspanel.com/a/resellername and paste it on forums, e-mail it to  opt-in newsgroups, or just “pass” it to a person you know and who might be interested in becoming our web hosting reseller and respectively – your affiliate.

4.3.1 Wallet Balance - Add Money

This is your personal free reseller “checking account” with ResellersPanel. Your Wallet is designed especially for your reseller convenience - you can deposit funds in it and spend them, at any time later on, on various reseller services or wholesale price web hosting plans.

The bigger funds you deposit, the higher discount you get. For more details, check out the table placed at the bottom of the subsection displaying the bonuses you receive after filling your Wallet with certain amount. 

If you decide to resell our web hosting services through the Reseller API with your own merchant account, the Wallet account will be used by us to withdraw the wholesale price value of a service each time a purchase is made through your API-built reseller web hosting store.

4.3.2 Refill History

Visit this subsection each time you need to check on your previous Wallet actions. We keep record of each single wallet refill/withdraw action, so that you can be thoroughly informed of your wallet balance history at all times. In order to check for a particular Wallet transaction, simply specify the period within which it is supposed to have been executed and press the 'Search' button.

4.3.3 Notification Settings

Here you can customize your Wallet account settings by specifying the minimum wallet balance level at which we should send you an e-mail notification alert to let you know that the funds in your Wallet have reached a critical bottom level and need immediate crediting.

4.4.1 Invoice Manager

Your hosting reseller Invoice Manager supports three basic functions:

• Statistics & Totals - provides statistics details for a given period of time. Information is displayed about each single payment transaction;
• Invoice/Info Note Details - informs you of each invoice and Info Note issued. Information is displayed about each single payment transaction;
• Document/Client Search - provides advanced search options, based on given parameters, for finding a client by tracing his/her past payment activities.

The General subsection provides a complete list of all type-a invoices sent to your customers and type-c Info Notes sent to you each time a client of yours has purchased services from your web store. All invoices & Info Notes are sorted by date of issue. You can call a customized invoices/Info Notes list by specifying various criteria – currency, type of document, store of yours, month, year, and pressing the ‘View’ button. Click on the Order ID link if you wish to see more information about the original Order ID together with the entire billing history of the transaction.

The Search subsection is your invoices & Info Notes database search option. To find a specific client invoice or Info Note, simply choose a search criterion from the drop-down menu (order ID, Date, amount, payment currency, payment gateway, transaction ID, client username, name, country) and press the ‘Search’ button.

The Reports subsection covers the financial side of your reseller business by generating extensively detailed looks on your profits. It helps you analyse your clients' background and shopping attitude on the basis of certain characteristics, and in respect to the profits they have brought to you. Simply specify the areas which you wish to get a profit report for: Personal/ Business, payment currency/payment method, country, purchase time period, and hit the ‘View Report’ button. The report notes will help you find out which target groups bring you the highest profits and decide how to focus better your marketing efforts on that particular market segment.

The Self-billing subsection lists all your self-billing tax invoices issued, reflecting all monthly commissions sent to you by ResellersPanel.

4.5.1 General Statistics

The general statistics detailed reports are one of the most valuable sources you can regularly resort to in order to closely monitor your web hosting reseller business. Every single order made by an existing customer of yours, or one of your affiliate, will be automatically “reported” here. You can search for a specific domain name or track the activities of all visitors to your online store. These statistics are especially designed to help you develop unique marketing strategies of your own.

General Stats – Here you can view all orders with no exception, starting from the latest order. You can check for useful information, such as: order ID, account status, etc.

Domain Stats - In the domain stats section you can search for specific domain name/s by given criteria, and view domain name account details, such as: domain order ID, StoreName, date of order, date of expiration, transaction fee, net profit, etc.)

Affiliate Stats - Here you can view all sales made by your affiliates – resellers referred to ResellersPanel by you (e.g. free resellers, cPanel resellers), as well as clients of the VPS, Dedicated & Semi-dedicated server hosting services.

Hosting Stats - Basically, it deals with your sales. For your convenience, this section is taking you directly to the ‘View Clients’ page of your Reseller Control Panel. You can check there all your clients' hosting account details and status.

Payment Stats – Basically, it deals with your profits. For your convenience, this section is taking you directly to the ‘Payment History’ page of your Reseller Control Panel. There you will find detailed information about all commissions generated through your sales activity with ResellersPanel, including also reseller commission payment method and payment status (paid/pending, etc.).

Traffic Stats – The Traffic Stats subsection will take you to the relevant General Statistics section (item 4.5.2 Traffic Statistics) dealing with traffic reports. You can examine the hits onto your store's website for the last and the current month. You can use the daily statistics to check your store's traffic (all domains) and analyse the ratio between the unique visitors of your site and the number of page reloads generated by them. You can click on each date in the list to see detailed information. You can also select a particular domain name to check for from the drop-down menu.

4.5.2 Traffic Statistics

As explicated above, you can utilize the functionality of this section to generate detailed traffic reports.

You can also click on the ‘Global Referrer Stats’ link to view information for all referrer sites that have sent traffic to your store's website.
