3.1 Hosting Plans
From this place you can fully configure and manage your reseller web hosting packages. You have at your disposal a rich set of control options for structuring the core of your web hosting platform – your web hosting plan offerings. As a start-out, we strongly recommend that you take advantage of our pre-defined plans, configured in accordance with the latest trends on the global web hosting market and providing a reasonable pack of features at bottom prices. Later on, you can set up your own custom packages with our advanced plan-set-up tool – Liquid Plan Builder. You can display up to 4 pre-defined/custom web hosting plans on your Web Store template to show off your web hosting concept to the site visitors and to attract their attention to your full list of hosting offerings (you can offer up to 6 hosting packages per Web Store). You can set up a total of 20 web hosting packages per reseller account. You can juggle with them freely and switch chosen ones into your template’s list of offerings any time you need to update your store’s marketing.
3.1.1 My Offers
We offer our resellers the possibility to set up 20 different web hosting plans within one reseller account, offer up to 6 of them (either pre-defined or custom-made ones, as well as both alternatives) on their Web Store’s template, and make up to 4 of those offered (depending on the chosen template) viewable on the Web Store’s index page (for example, you can have up to 4 plans displayed on your index page if you select the 3Box or FlipView templates, and 2 plans only if you prefer the BlueBasic template). Additionally, you can include a FREE Domain Offer in each hosting plan configuration and define the priority positions in which the offered plans are to be listed on the index.
In the dynamic table presented in this subsection you can, at any time, make all these important settings - select/edit your Web Store’s list of offerings, activate the plans that you wish to make available online for your customers and specify which of the them to be viewable on your store’s index page, include also FREE Domain Offer to whichever plan you find suitable, if not all of them.

3.1.2 Set Prices
This section is your reseller price-set-up tool. Through its user-friendly interface you can define the retail annual and average monthly price of each plan of your list with web hosting offerings, as well as activate/deactivate the FREE Domain Offer. Since all updates you make here are to have direct impact on your reseller commission volumes, we have included for your reseller convenience a Net Profit display that changes in real time with each plan price update. The subsection is divided into two parts – ‘Offered Plans’: plans offered through your Web Store, and ‘Not Offered Plans’: Plans available only through your Reseller Control Panel (‘Buy Hosting Account’). What makes the section even more flexible to work with - you can select one particular plan from the drop-down menu and apply changes to its pricing only.

3.1.3 Create Plans
Welcome to one of the most private-brand-focused parts of your Reseller Control Panel. Taking into account the various demands of your present and prospective customers, you can avail now of the exceptional opportunity to set up unique web hosting packages of your own! With our in-house-developed plan building tool – Liquid Plan Builder – you can create up to 18 custom plans. You can select to offer online to your customers those of them that you consider at a particular moment most marketable.
Since we place great emphasis on the building and establishing of your private brand profile, we have included many useful marketing tips into this section to help you set up web hosting packages that will fully respond to the requirements of your customers and the latest trends on the global web hosting market.
Working with our Liquid Plan Builder is incredibly easy indeed! Simply give a name to your new custom plan, select the features that you want to include, specify their volume quotas, and then define the retail annual/average (per month) price of your custom plan taking into consideration the wholesale value given in the tool’s dynamic table and the minimum/maximum retail price values specified.

3.1.4 List Plans
This section provides for you an overview of all plans you have configured and selected for offering on your Web Store, as well as all plans you have set up in your Reseller Control Panel as “marketing reserves on stock” for later activation. The plans are arranged in the priority order you’ve set up in the ‘My Offers” section, and respectively the order in which they appear on your Web Store’s index page. In the ‘View Details’ column of the table you can review the specifications of each plan. Also included in the table is a record of the number of clients subscribed to each plan and an option to compare all plans in regard to their characteristic features. From this table you can also perform two essential actions – edit the features of a custom plan of yours, and permanently delete it.

3.1.5 Upgrades
This is the place to exert full control over the pricing of all upgrade services available to your clients in their Web Hosting Control Panel after they have signed up for a web hosting account with you. Pricing updates can be applied to the following upgrade services – Storage, Traffic, Hosted domains, sub domains, IP address, MySQL, MySQL Storage, FTP Accounts, SSH, Mailboxes, mailing lists, CronJobs. The prices of the upgrades are set on a monthly basis. Your clients however will be billed only for the remaining active period of their hosting account, as of the day the upgrade service is ordered.

3.2. Domain Pricing
This section is your full-control-tool for domain name offerings set-up. Start with selecting the TLDs that are to be offered on your web store along with your hosting plans and the order in which they will appear on your store's domain pages. Proceed then with the setting of their one-year registration/transfer and multi-year registration prices, as well as the fees that you will charge your customers for ordering one-year/multi-year ID Protection service.
3.2.1 My Offers
In this subsection you can specify which top-level domains (of the list of TLDs we have provided for your reseller web hosting business) your customers will be able to purchase from your web store. The listed details of each top-level domain name: registrar-lock, transfer and ID Protection options - supported or not supported by the different TLDs' registrars, are to help you make your decision coordinating your choice with your customer base details or particular targeted markets. Here is the place to arrange also the TLDs' priority order - the order in which they will appear on your web store's domain pages and in the domain search results list.

3.2.2 Set Prices
You can set different price for each top-level domain name (TLD) and even specify separate prices for domains purchased together with a web hosting account and sole registrations/transfers. Furthermore, with the 'expand years' link on the right side of the table, you can specify a different price for each multiple-year registration (2, 3, 4-year, etc.), thus offering huge discounts to your customers of the type - the more years, the better value! The 1- to 10-year registration pricing you set up here will be respectively featured in the 'Domain Manager - > 'Register/Transfer' section of your clients' Web Hosting Control Panel.

3.2.3 IDP Prices (ID Protection Prices)
In this subsection you can define the pricing of the ID Protection service offered as an upgrade feature to your customers' .COM, .NET, .ORG, .INFO, .CC, .BIZ and .TV domains. The ID Protection service allows your clients to mask their domain names' WHOIS contact details, thus protecting their identity against spammers, stalkers and fraudsters who obtain information from the public data of domain names. The billing of this service is set up 'per year', therefore the service can be ordered for one year (to be active until the expiration of the domain name - e.g. 8 months if 8 months left till the expiration date, or 12 months if the domain is newly registered), or for multiple years, as long as the number of years does not exceed the domain registration period. In the table inside the subsection you can define an ID Protection pricing for both 1-year and multiple-year registration. With the multiple-year registration you can offer attractive discounts to your clients by setting "an ever better price" for each bigger period of years of IDP service account.

3.2.4 List All TLDs
This subsection provides a full overview of the top-level domain names you have enabled for sale on your web store. You can also view here all details of the pricing you have set up for multi-year registrations of domains purchased at Sign-Up and domains purchased separately as Upgrades. For your convenience, an option is available to choose which particular TLD's details to view listed in the section. You can select the desired TLD from the 'Display TLD' dropdown on top. You can also, at any time, check what is the equivalent price of a TLD of yours in all supported currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD).

3.2.5 TLD Pricing
This subsection is intended to give you an overall idea of the multi-currency wholesale pricing of all top-level domain names currently supported by our reseller web hosting network. You can view the prices for single registrations, transfers and renewals, as well as those set for domains coming together with a web hosting account. You can resort to this subsection any time you need to check for possible changes in the TLDs' wholesale prices, which would eventually lead you to re-considering of your offerings' retail prices.

3.3.1 Buy Hosting Account
Here is the place at your Reseller Control Panel where you can purchase web hosting plans at wholesale price. You can use this plan to host a unique reseller web hosting store of yours, or – if you are a web designer for example – you can add our web hosting plan to your web design offerings and thus provide to your clients fully packed online services.
