Manage Your Client Recurring Contracts

You should first log into your Free Reseller Account, specifying your log-in credentials in the corresponding username and password fields of the login form. After that click on the Login button to go straight to your Reseller Control Panel.

In the Reseller Control Panel's main page - navigate to the Recurring Manager section located in the Administration Tools left-hand menu. Inside the recurring contracts management interface, you will see all current contracts of your customers listed in a table.

To cancel a recurring contract click on the red Cancel link in the Next Payment column and then click Yes in the pop-up dialog box. The Profile ID will then be scheduled for cancellation within the next 24 hours. If you have canceled this by mistake, you will be able to reactivate it by clicking on the Activate blue link.

If you wish to view any of your current contracts, you will need to remove the viewing filter. To do that - click on the Contract (Profile) ID cross symbol and then press the View button.

Another recurring contract management option is to change the payment details. You can do that by clicking the Change link in the Billing Type column. To change your PayPal details, leave PayPal selected as a payment method in the drop-down list and press the Change button. You will be redirected to the PayPal's site where you will have to options - to log into your existing personal PayPal account or to create a new one.
