Today, we will show you how to order a domain name with Whois Protection from the reseller remote order forms!

After logging into your Reseller Control Panel - you should open the Remote Forms section from where you will be able to set a certain remote order or domain form for your custom reseller store.

To open that section - click on the Remote Forms link located in the Remote Access submenu on the left.

The remote order form page offers several options. The Advanced order form is the most recommended option. This is also the form type that supports a Whois Protection feature. To preview the order form as it will look like on your website - simply click on the 'View Full Size' link.

As you can see, this is a full-featured order form offering a variety of options for your customers at sign-up.

For the purposes of our example - now pay attention to the Add a domain name to host section.

First, you need to add the domain name that you wish to register or transfer in the domain search field and then select the desired TLD for your domain from the drop-down menu. When ready, click on the GO button to check if the desired domain name is available and whether it supports Whois Protection.

To find out whether a certain domain name supports Whois Protection or not - search for the Whois Protect option located right under that domain. To activate the Whois Protection service for the domain name you wish to register or transfer, simply mark its corresponding checkbox. The ID protect price is one and the same for the registration and the transfer service.

Another option for you and your customers to select a domain name with Whois Protection is through the remote domain search form. To see how this is done - first go to the Domain Search Form subsection of the Remote Forms area. You will be presented with two basic domain search form options - a simple and an advanced domain search form. To see how the selected domain search form will look like online - click on the 'View Full Size' link.

Here is the domain search as it will appear as a part of your custom reseller hosting store. Now enter the domain that you wish to register or transfer in the domain search field. Now select the domain TLD from the drop-down menu on the right. Click on the GO button to check whether your domain name is available for registration or transfer.

To activate the Whois Protection service for the domain name you wish to register or transfer, you need to tick off its corresponding checkbox.
