As we provide you (the reseller) with a FREE dedicated IP address, each cPanel reseller account will be assigned to such a static IP. You will have to contact us in order to retrieve your login details. Please make sure to include the IP address, the domain name and the cPanel username. We will also need the email address that you have used during the account setup. After verification our Support Around the Clock will email you back the login information.
