We are pleased to inform you that a new update has been performed to our reseller hosting network that will further guarantee your reseller anonymity and high-level support services provided to your web hosting customers.
The new update concerns the identification numbers that your customers are kindly asked to quote when contacting our supports department - to provide orientation for our supports team about the reseller store they are calling (writing, etc.) from.
This ID numbers used to be unique for each web hosting reseller inside our network and were called Reseller ID up until now. Since the implementation of our Multiple Stores functionality however, one Reseller ID for all reseller stores has not been an option suitable enough to service well our (and respectively yours) supports team. For that particular purpose, our Developers Department has decided to introduce new identification numbers which will be unique for each reseller web store and will be referred to as Store ID. The Store IDs will be displayed at different sections of your web stores, depending on the turn-key template you are using at present, but usually in the field of the contact options displayed (live chat, telephone numbers).
To the attention of all resellers having a custom-design web store template and decided to rely on our supports team! You should mind to timely update your Store ID numbers on your store templates - to guarantee high-level support service to your customers and your own reseller anonymity. The ID number of each store can be viewed in the 'List All Stores' section of your Reseller Control Panel.
