Regretfully, we have to inform you that our reseller web hosting network server SupCenter38.com has lost two of its total 3 RAID5 hard drives and the RAID5 structure requires at least 2 hard drives to operate.

This emergency situation required us to fully re-install the software on the server and to restore the data from the back-up.

The last back-up was made 6 hours before the hardware failure and the restoration procedure took 5 hours.

We've managed to solve this issue with no web hosting data loss and now this server is back in normal mode.
