We'd like to inform our hosting resellers that the transfer of all end user accounts from the old Web Hosting Control Panel (version 1.0) to the new Web Hosting Control Panel (version 2.0) has been successfully completed. During the past few weeks the transfer was carried out gradually and all web hosting customers were informed that in 60 days their accounts would be transferred to the new web hosting system with the new Web Hosting Control Panel.
To be absolutely honest and accurate with all our customers, we would like to note that the transfer process, though gradual, has caused occasional problems. In spite of these problems, however, the transfer was successful and the websites of all our web hosting customers are working the same way they used to work on our old web hosting system, but the Web Hosting Control Panel now has a much more intuitive interface and many new features.
We could have inadvertently caused some inconvenience to some of our web hosting customer during the transfer process. We would like to apologize for this and thank you for your understanding, because it is not our goal to make our clients feel uncomfortable and insecure, but just the opposite - we strive to offer a top quality web hosting service.
The reason for causing any inconvenience to any of our web hosting customers is our desire to improve the quality of our web hosting services. We have achieved such improvement with the deployment of the new Web Hosting Control Panel. We have improved the user interface and now we offer a much more intuitive Web Hosting Control Panel and at the same time, we have increased the number of features offered with each web hosting package. We have also facilitated the access to the 24-hour customer support, which is now accessible directly from the members area of the new Web Hosting Control Panel.
