Domain Names Pricing Policy Changes

Dear resellers, we have a few important notifications to engage your attention with. Concerning our publication from August 29th, 2008, about the new increase in the domain name prices officially announced by several TLDs' registries, we would like to present our according pricing policy, which was eventually agreed in our marketing department.

The domains affected were COM, NET, ORG, BIZ, US and INFO. These top-level extensions will have the following pricing, as of today, in our reseller web hosting network:

• Domains included in a hosting package as a FREE domain offer - our reseller hosting network's wholesale price will be $6 USD.
• Domains purchased with a web hosting plan (promotional offer) - $ 7 USD wholesale price for the first year.
• All regular wholesale domain prices for the up-listed TLDs will be $9 USD for one-year registration.
• Domains purchased as an upgrade from the Web Hosting Control Panel - wholesale price $9 USD.
• Domains purchased for reseller purposes from the Reseller Control Panel - $9 USD.
• Maximum price per year - $20 USD.

As you are aware, we always do our best to keep our prices to the minimum and most marketable level for as long as possible. The influence of the global market however cannot be neglected and inevitably imposes its changes. We hope that in the foreseeable future there will be no more such trends in the pricing policy of the global registries. Our best marketing advice for all of you would be - make the necessary pricing updates on your reseller stores and in the customers' Web Hosting Control Panels considering what would be in your best interest and in the best interest of your clients.

Our next announcement concerns a scheduled maintenance of our domain registrar - ENOM. We received an official notification from ENOM that from 01:00 AM GMT on October 3rd, 2008, until 09:00 AM GMT on October 4th, 2008, their interface will not be operational and respectively, no domain actions (transfer, registrations, etc.) will be possible.
