Partial Billing Fees Covered By Resellers

To the attention of all our free hosting resellers! The Marketing Department of ResellersPanel would like to inform you that a minor update to our billing policy had to be done after the recently performed thorough review and evaluation of our payment processing system.

A new clause has been added to our billing policy terms, concerning cases when a web hosting reseller is reselling web hosting services for a retail price more than 100 % higher than our reseller hosting network's wholesale price. In all such cases, the hosting reseller has to partially cover the billing fees included in the processing of his/her client's payment.

EXAMPLE:
Retail Price (RP) - Whole Sale Price (WSP) = Reseller Commission (RC)
If "RC" > "WSP" the reseller covers the billing fees only for "RC"
If "RC" ≤ "WSP" Resellers Panel covers all billing fees

The value of the partial billing fees covered by the reseller is to be withdrawn from his/her reseller commission. In cases of chargeback or refund LiquidNet Ltd. cannot refund the billing fees.
