When a customer of yours orders a web hosting account and either registers a domain name or uses an existing one, that domain operates in accordance with its DNS record stored at the domain registrar's. By default, your clients should use our DNSes dns1.supremedns.com and dns2.supremedns.com. If a client's domain name does not have those DNSes set, it will not point to the appropriate web hosting account on the server.
Our Private DNS Cluster packages empower you to create your own private DNS (Domain Name Server) settings that will be assigned to your reseller domain, as well as to the domains of your customers. Your customers will be able to use these private DNS settings even if they have only parked their domains with you.
