Changing the control panel password

The login password for your web hosting Control Panel, unlike the username (login name), could be changed at any time. To change the password, navigate to My Account > Change Login Credentials - this is where you can modify the owner details for your web hosting account and this is also the place where you can set a new password.

To change the password, you must know the current one. If you don't - please use the "Lost password" link on the login page or ask our Support Staff to reset your password by opening a support ticket.

Back to changing the password - in the My Account > Change Login Credentials section, scroll to the bottom of the page where you will find the following 3 fields:

Current Password - enter your current password
New Password - enter the new password
Re-type New Password - enter the new password again

Once all the fields are filled in correctly, click on the Change button at the bottom of the form to complete the process. You will be able to use the new password immediately.
