Spam Protection Tutorial

The SS Web Hosting Control Panel Spam Protection section is a recent addition, which protects user's mailboxes against suspected spam messages. It can be set to all mail aliases on a users' web hosting account. It is fully automated and is based on multiple standard mail filtering criteria.
Users can take advantage of 5 different levels of spam detection - Very low, Low, Medium, High and Very High. Since spam detection and filtering can never be 100% accurate, users should experiment with different levels of protection to achieve best results.
Setting an e-mails Spam Protection level is easy - simply select the "Level" of Spam Protection and the "Action" which has to be taken once spam has been detected in an e-mail message. Next, simply click on "Apply".
