Part 3: Stats and Reports Examples

3.1 View Sales Reports Example

Users can use this menu to view their sales for any given period.
To view your sales report for that period, use the drop menus to pick your time range - the appropriate day, month and year.
After that, click on the "View reports for this period" button.
The results will be displayed in the table below the drop menus. If you'd like to view your sales for the 10th of July 2003 and 25th of February 2004 period, select the appropriate figures using the drop menus (10/July/2003 and 25/February/2004) and click on the "View reports for this period" button.
Your report will be instantly generated.

3.2 View Payment History

If you're interested in the full 2003/2004 payment schedule, click here. All payment periods are one full month and the resellers' commissions are calculated from the start of the month until it ends.
All payments are issued 30 days after the end of the period.
You can see all your sales in the table, the period in which they were made, how much they cost and the date, which your payment has been issued.

Important for US residents only! You'll have to submit a W-9 form.
Please print, completely fill out, and sign the W-9 form found at http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf .

Private individuals - SSN is required;
Corporate clients - Tax ID is required.

No commission payments will be sent to US residents if the requested W-9 form is not received!

3.3 View Clients Example

By accessing the "View Clients" menu, you can view all your sold accounts, their type and the e-mail of your client.
If you'd like to send an e-mail to that client, simply click on his username

Users can now also enter their clients' control panel.
To do so, all a reseller has to do is click on the "Login" link in the "View Clients" section of his Reseller Control Panel.
He will instantly be forwarded to the clients' control panel.

3.4 View affiliates

With the affiliate program, you can refer other resellers to Resellers Panel and earn a 10% commission on their wholesale price.
Here are the Terms and Conditions for using this affiliate program:
2nd Tier referral program is available to all resellers. A commission of 10% from the web hosting plan wholesale price will be added from each sale by any referred reseller. There is no commission for sold domain names through the 2nd Tier referral program. Resellers are not allowed to refer their family members and relatives or themselves in different accounts or using the same mailing address or bank information. LiquidNet Ltd. is verifying all 2nd Tier accounts on their payments. Any account braking these terms will not be paid and will not be allowed to use LiquidNet Ltd. reseller program or services. In case of refunded or fraudulent sale(s) the commission(s) will be deducted.

3.5 Traffic Stats

By accessing this menu you can see full statistics for all the hits your store has registered in the last 40 days.
You can either check the Daily stats to see your store's traffic as a whole (for all your domains) or separately for each domain name you are using.
To view the stats, simply click on the link, corresponding to the date you'd like to check out the stats for.
