Part 4: Web Interface Settings Examples

4.1 Store Name Example

Use the Store Name section of the Reseller Control Panel to set your web stores' name.If you leave your Store name field empty, or there is no banner image or HTML inserted in the "Edit Header" box, then the text below will appear as a name of your store on the top of every page. Be sure to enter a Store Name in the field below, since
it's required and the box cannot be left empty. Simply click in the "Store Name" field and enter your desired web Store Name.

4.2 Template Manager Example

With the Template Manager, you can select which design to use on your store. You can see a screen shot of every design, so it will be easier for you to decide which design you'd like to use. All prices will remain the same no matter which design you choose to use. Simply chose your template and click on the "Submit" button. You can visit your store to see how the template itself looks like.

4.3 Edit Metatags Example

If you've decide to edit your site's metatags, then you should fill out at least one field in each category. Should you ever need to remove your site's metatags then you should delete all fields in all categories. To edit the metatags, simply click on the field corresponding to the metatag entry you'd like to change and enter your desired input. For example - you'd like to change the site "Title" metatag to "Online Web Hosting Provider". To do so, simply click on the "Title" field and enter "Online Web Hosting Provider".

4.4 Sort Features Example

You can rearrange the order in which your web hosting features will appear on your web store index.
This won't change the hosting plan itself, it will simply change the appearance and the arrangement of the features in your store.
To change the structure of your features on the index page, simply use the drop menus to set your desired feature. For example - you'd like the "FREE Site Studio" feature to be on the top of the feature list. Click on the first drop menu and select "Free Site Studio". Now simply click on "Save Settings".
Should you ever want to return to the default feature arrangement, simply click on the "Set Defaults" button.

4.5 Edit Header Example

The section "Store Name" automatically inserts the field at the top of your web pages. The name can be replaced with a custom text, banner image or custom HTML. If it's left blank, the "Store Name" you chose will be inserted at the top of your web page.
If you'd like to have a custom text as a header, simply select the "Text" button and enter your desired custom text.
If you prefer a Banner image as a header, select the "Banner" button. You must first upload your banner. Click on the "Browse" button next to the "Banner" field. Now locate your desired banner image from your local hard disk. Next, click on the "Submit" button on the bottom of the page to upload your image. Be sure your banner is 700x120 pixels in size.
To upload a Flash file as your banner, click on the "Flash" button under the "Banner" field. Browse, locate and upload your Flash file using the "Banner" instructions.
If prefure to use a custom HTML, follow these instructions -
Once you've uploaded your banner of Flash file, copy and paste the HTML code in the "Custom HTML" field. Click on "Submit" to finish editing your Header.

4.6 Edit Footer Example

This section of the Reseller Control Panel allows you to insert a text, banner image or custom HTML at the bottom of every page.
If you'd like to have a custom text as a footer, simply select the "Text" button and enter your desired custom text.
If you prefer a Banner image as a footer, select the "Banner" button. You must first upload your banner. Click on the "Browse" button next to the "Banner" field. Now locate your desired banner image from your local hard disk. Next, click on the "Submit" button on the bottom of the page to upload your image. Be sure your banner is 700x120 pixels in size.
To upload a Flash file as your banner, click on the "Flash" button under the "Banner" field. Browse, locate and upload your Flash file using the "Banner" instructions.

4.7 Edit Menu Links Example

This section of the Reseller Control Panel allows you to add up to 3 links below or above the default links on every page. The location of the links depends on the template you've chosen.
Use the menu to type a title and link to your desired web site and to also choose wether the web page will be opened in a new window, in the same window, in the same frame, or in the parent frame.
Example - If you'd like to put a link to your Web Site design site, enter an appropriate title in the "Title" field of the menu. This can be, for example, "My Web Site Design Homepage". Now enter your site's link in the middle, "Linked to", field. If you'd like the web page to open in a new windows, choose the "New Window (_blank)" option from the "Open in" drop menu.
Repeat this process for your other 2 links.

4.8 Edit Contacts Example

This is the place where you set your store's contact information. This information will be displayed on the "Contact us" page of your hosting web site. Make sure you fill in your details correctly. Fields in yellow are recommended, but can be left blank if you don't wish to have an E-mail, ICQ or Phone numbers displayed.
To edit your contacts, simply select the field corresponding to the contact you'd like to enter. For example, if you'd like to enter your e-mail address (contact@yourdomain.com), click on the E-mail field and enter "contact@yourdomain.com (without the quotes). You can also leave a comment, which will appear on the "Contact Us" page under your E-mail address.
