2.1.1 Quick Store Set-up - Reseller Store Settings

Fundamental Settings:

Store Name & Store Brand - Define a name of your web store, as well as a recognizable brand name, which will best represent your personal (or web store’s) hosting business concept.

Store Default Currency - Select a currency that would match most of your potential customers' wallets.

Commission Settings – Make basic free reseller hosting commission settings, such as payment method (paper cheque, PayPal, bank wire, wallet) and current release level in a preferred reseller commission currency.

Front Store Settings:

Website Template - Select one of our ready-made, highly customisable website turn-key templates for your online web hosting store.

Remote Domain Search Form - Choose one of our user-friendly remote Domain Search forms if you have a custom-made online store with its own web design. The forms differ in size and functionality, and can be modified up to your layout requirements with the help of a CSS file.

Remote Direct Order Form - Choose one of our user-friendly remote Order forms if you have a custom-made online store with its own web design. The forms differ in size and functionality, and can be modified up to your layout requirements with the help of a CSS file.

Default Data Centre - Choose a Data Center to be set as a default one on your web hosting store's Order Page.

Error Page Trap - Select this option to enable your web hosting offers to be displayed by default on the Error Pages of your customers' websites. This way you use the traffic generated by 400, 401, 403 or 404 error pages to attract new customers to your reseller web store.

Marketing Settings

Boost My Sales - Select this option if you wish to activate our new customer service, aimed at increasing the number of new sign-ups through your web hosting store.

Boost My RenewalsSelect this option if you wish to activate our new customer service, aimed at increasing the number of renewed accounts from your existing customers.

Clients' Control Panel Settings

Upgrades Table OptionsYou have full control over the Upgrades section of your clients' Web Hosting Control Panel. You can, for example, hide (deactivate) the Upgrades section (Add Services, Change Plan, Renew Plan) in cases when you manage the accounts of your customers yourself and do not want to give them access to these upgrade order options.

Set up New Account and Visit Store options - Choose whether to activate theSet Up New Account’ section and the ‘Visit Store’ link in your customers' Web Hosting Control Panel. The first option allows your customers to order new web hosting plans directly from their Web Hosting Control Panel, the second one ensures quick access to your reseller web hosting store offerings.

2.1.2 Quick Service Set-up - Reseller Services Settings

Optional private label reseller services:

Reseller Wallet - The wallet option gives you the possibility to deposit funds, opening a ‘fee-free checking account’ with us. As soon as you have credited your account, you are able to spend the funds at any time on various reseller services, such as domain registrations/transfers, Private DNS Cluster packages and wholesale-priced web hosting plans.

Reseller Domain Name Picking a recognisable domain name for your web store is a hugely important factor for the development of unique brand awareness amongst customers. If you are planning to establish a serious, long-term web hosting online business, you definitely have to choose a well recognisable domain name – one that speaks of your web store offerings’ overall concept in a concise and informative way.

Offered Hosting ServicesTime has come to organize your web store offerings. In this section you can select the plans that you wish to include in your list of offered hosting services. You can offer either pre-defined plans, or custom-made ones, as well as both alternatives. You can have a total of 20 different packages and a maximum of 4 of them displayed on your web store template.

Domain Name Offering/Pricing - The domain name registration/transfer service is a very important part of the web hosting service. We would advise you to set up your domain name offerings and define their pricing with utmost care and marketability.

Upgrade Services - Now is the time to set the prices for the service upgrades that your customers are to be able to purchase directly from their Web Hosting Control Panel (extra storage, traffic, hosted domains, subdomains, IP address, MySQL, MySQL Storage, FTP accounts, SSH, mailboxes, mailing lists, cron jobs) in case you have activated for them this order option. The prices are defined per month and the total amount due per ordered upgrade is calculated with respect to the months/days left until the hosting account's date of expiration.

2.2.1 My Store Name

Store Name & Store Brand

Define Store Name – In this field you have to define a short name (a-z, 0-9, -, 3-32 symbols), which will identify your store in our system. Please, bear in mind that your store name will be used for the creating of your vhost (default free URL), e.g. http://duoservers.com/?s=store-name.

DefineStore Brand This is your brand or ‘Doing Business As’ name (a-z, A-Z, 0-9, -, ., 3-64 symbols). It represents your company and your individual web hosting business concept. Our latest estimates have shown that, for best marketing results, you should better keep your Store Brand short and easy to remember, and similar to your default free URL or domain name. Please note that your Store Brand will be displayed on all documents and pages related to your web store.

Store Default Domain

Specify a Store Default Domain – In cases when you have more than one domain name assigned to an online store of yours, you need to define a store default domain name that is to be associated with your store amongst customers. Please note that this action is not a domain registration procedure. The domain name that you specify here will be used to refer new customers to your web store through the ‘Invite a Friend’ section and the ‘Visit Store’ icon in your clients' Web Hosting Control Panel. If you leave this field empty, your default store URL will be utilized.

2.2.2 Store Currency

This is an entirely marketing-focused section of your Reseller Control Panel. Here you can select the currency that you consider most marketable for your web hosting business (USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, AUD). Furthermore, our Multiple Stores functionality allows you to set a separate currency for each hosting store of yours with regard to the audience of users you have particularly targeted. Once you have changed the default currency of a certain store of yours, the thorough web hosting services pricing of this store (plans, domains and upgrade prices) will be automatically converted into the new currency.

2.2.3 Clients CP

This section gives you full control over your customers' Web Hosting Control Panel.

Control Panel Header/Footer

Here you can view how your Store Brand (‘Doing Business As’ name) is positioned at the header and footer sections of your private-branded clients’ Web Hosting Control Panel. Tip: Always pick a name that can be easily remembered!

Upgrades Table

From this sub-section you can activate/deactivate and manage the Upgrades table of your clients’ Web Hosting Control Panel. You can specify which services (Add Services, Change Plan, Renew Plan, Register Domain) are to be available for your customers as upgrade option and define particular hosting plan type customers or all customers’ accounts to reflect the selection. The possibility to show/hide various links or set up different combinations of upgrade options is quite useful in cases when you bill your clients (or certain groups of clients) yourself and do not want them to have access to some order options.

Invite A Friend

This sub-section displays a preview of the e-mail invitation your existing customers can send to a friend of theirs if they wish to recommend your hosting service. The default domain that you set for each store of yours will be featuring in that store’s letter of invitation.

Invoices/Credit Notes

Here you can see a preview of all payment documents, featuring your Store Brand  (‘Doing Business As’ name), which you – as a web hosting reseller (Info Note type-c, self-billing tax invoice), and your customers (invoice type-a) will receive upon order or renewal of a web hosting account, or purchase of an upgrade service. For your reseller records you will also receive a copy of each type-a invoice issued to a client of yours from our reseller hosting network on behalf of your private brand company name.

Legal Documents/TOS

This subsection allows you to preview all legal documents associated with your hosting business and displayed on your hosting store’s website under the Terms & Conditions section. They are an integral part of every business transaction and determine the relationship between the web hosting customer and the service provider. All legal documents are presented under your Store Brand (Doing Business As name) and are not editable.

Error Pages

Here you can select the default Error Page that is to appear in place of your customers’ websites each time a problem with their URL, host or server occurs (400, 401, 403 or 404 errors). We highly recommend that you select the Error Page Trap type, which will display your web hosting offerings on the Error Pages of your customers' websites. This way you use the generated traffic to attract new clients to your web store.

Sign Up Table/Visit Store

The Sign Up table enables your clients to sign up for new web hosting accounts directly from their Web Hosting Control Panel. Activating the Sign Up table in your clients’ Control Panel, you can increase enormously the sales volumes of your web store.

Similar is the purpose of the Visit Store icon link – a shortcut to your web store, allowing customers to quickly view contact information, use the LiveChat option or catch up with your latest offers.

2.2.4 Miscellaneous

Boost-My-Sales

Select this option to activate our new customer service, aimed at increasing the number of new sign-ups through your web store. Our latest statistics reports have shown that there is a big number of unsuccessful account set-up attempts registering daily in the system. An activation of the Boost-My-Sales service enables us to send e-mail massages to those potential customers of yours with information of the products they have tried to order and a direct access shortcut to the billing page.

Boost-My-Renewals

Select this option to activate our new customer service, aimed at increasing the number of renewed accounts from your existing customers. Our latest statistics reports have shown that many clients fail to renew their expiring accounts due to accidental reasons. Some customers for example have no longer access to their contact e-mails, others simply have not paid attention to our system’s expiration warning messages. An activation of this service enables us to inform your existing clients about the expiration of their hosting accounts via e-mail messages or phone calls. In order to assist in the renewal process, we also provide for them an easy several-click navigation route to the successful renewal of the services.

Default Data Center

In this subsection you need to select the Data Center that is to be set as default on your web hosting store's Order page. Taking into consideration the predominating residential location of your potential clientele, you may choose either our Data Center in CA, USA, or our close-to-London UK Data Center – to appear first on your web store's Order page. We believe that if your default store currency is USD, CAD or AUD - your default Data Center should be our USA-based one, and if your default store currency is GBP or EUR - then our UK-based Data Center might appear to be more appropriate. 2.3.1 Domain Manager - Register/ Transfer

Get a unique reseller store domain name through our ResellersPanel’s domain registration/transfer wizard. You can register a new or transfer an existing .COM, .NET, .INFO, .BIZ, .ORG or .US domain name for your reseller purposes for the exclusive price of $9.00 USD per year and host it for FREE with us! Consider also the big variety of country TLDs offered. The domain registration/transfer procedure includes also setting of an email password for your default sales@my-private-domain.com mailbox and specifying of the WHOIS details of your reseller store domain name.

2.3.2 Domain Manager - My Domains

This is the place where you can manage all your reseller domains from! The domains will be listed in a table and categorized by the web store they belong to (NOTE: You can have more than one store per reseller account, and more than one domain per web store). Each domain is to have a list of modification options available, such as Lock/Unlock, EPP key, Multi-year renewal, Edit WHOIS details, Edit DNS settings, Create E-mails, Get Private DNS and Change Store.

2.3.3 Private DNS

Get a Private DNS Cluster service for your domain name and have uniquely branded name servers allocated to your reseller domain and the domain names of your customers!

2.3.4 Domain Manager - Use Existing

In this subsection you can add an existing domain name - one that you have already registered with another registrar - to your reseller account. With this option you have the possibility to only host the domain name with us, free from any registration/transfer fees required otherwise. All you need to do is, enter the domain name in the corresponding field and assign to it a global mailbox password that is to be used for accessing your default sales@my-private-domain.com e-mail account and all e-mail accounts that you create later.

NOTE: In order to get this domain operational on our server, you’ll have to set our DNS settings at the domain’s registrar:

2.4.1 My Template

2.4.3 About Us

One of the most representative sections on your online store’s website. This would be the place to present more details about your company to your potential and existing customers. Simply replace our default descriptions with your own carefully designed texts. Keep in mind that the more information you provide, the more likely it is potential clients to become real customers! There are three basic ‘About Us’ sections (‘Who Are We?’, ‘Our Mission’ and ‘Our Customer Base’) in which you can include your company or business name, current address, heads of departments (if any), current projects, successful investments, etc.

2.4.4 Contact Us

The contact information (e-mail, ICQ number, phone number) you specify here will be displayed on the ‘Contact Us’ page of your online store template along with our default customer support service contacts. Make sure that you have filled in all details correctly. If you do not wish to give your e-mail address, ICQ or phone number, just leave those fields unfilled.

2.4.5 Edit Boxes

2.5 Marketing Tools

2.5.1 Header

2.5.4 Menu Links

Once you have registered, transferred or simply added a domain name to your reseller account, a default e-mail address is created - sales@your-private-brand.com. Whenever you wish, later on, you are able to create additional mailboxes (such as ceo@your-private-brand.com, etc.), delete mailboxes or change password. All mailboxes can be accessed via any e-mail client (e.g. Outlook) or webmail client (e.g. RoundCube).

2.7.1 My Details

In this section are listed all personal account details you have presented at Sign Up.  You should always keep your account profile information up-to-date, since it guarantees hassle-free communication between you and us at all times. Please mind that, the contact address information you provide in this section is to be used for sending your monthly reseller commission in case you’ve chosen the paper check option as payment method. 2.7.2 Commission Payment Options

In this section you can select the currency (USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD) in which you wish to receive your reseller commission payments and the preferred method for sending those payments (paper cheque, PayPal, bank wire, wallet). Point a commission release payment level that you find suiting your individual management idea. The minimum release level for paper cheque, PayPal and wallet payments is 50.00 (in the currency you have chosen), for bank wire: 500.00. The settings you make here will be applicable to all web stores you have set up within particular reseller account of yours.

2.7.3 Payment History

This section tracks the history of all reseller commissions generated throughout your reseller web hosting business activity. All paid reseller commissions will be chronologically listed in a table within the section, as well as the latest pending-release commission. Each commission payment field will be presenting the following details: commission accumulation period, number of retail sales, commission amount, payment method (paper cheque, PayPal, bank wire, wallet) and payment status (paid/upcoming). Note that, the total amount of your reseller commission is summed of the profits you have made from your retail sales and the profits brought to you by your affiliates.
