We'd like to inform all US subscribers to our free reseller hosting program who have submitted their W-9 form that all 1099 files will be sent within the next two weeks by regular US mail. Each 1099 file will include the total amount of money received by each web hosting reseller by December 31, 2003 (i.e. all cashed-in checks or wire transfers made by December 31, 2003 will be included). The 1099 files will be sent by Avalon Accounting, an accounting company based in Coral Springs, Florida.

If you are an US reseller and do not receive your 1099 file for any reason, please contact our reseller support immediately using the Resellers Panel Contact us form. (Please allow reasonable time for postal delivery before contacting us.)
