Traditionally, we would like to use the chance to remind you that if for any reason you wish to change the method by which you receive your free reseller hosting commissions (PayPal, bank wire, check or through your reseller Wallet), you should do so no later than May 28, 2005. The payment of commissions for the sales of web hosting plans and domain name registrations made by you is forthcoming, as well as the payment of commissions for the upgrades made by your web hosting clients from April 1 to April 30, 2005.
With regard to the organization of check issuance a short period is required, namely from May 29, 2005 to June 6, 2005 during which we would be unable to accept requests for changing your preferred commission payment method. During this period, all payments will be made according to the method that you chose by May 28, 2005.
As we have previously noted the date on our servers is set to GMT +2, regardless of the fact that the servers are located in Fremont, California (CA) where time is GMT -8. This information is important to those of you, who decide to change their preferred payment method on May 28, 2005 (we would not advise this, of course). To avoid any misunderstanding connected with this fact, we will give you the following example:
Let us say that we have three US resellers, one from the East Coast, one from the Central Time Zone and one from the Mountain Time Zone.
The hosting reseller from the East Coast lives in Richmond, Virginia (VA) (GMT -5 or the US EST).
The reseller from the Central Time Zone lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma (OK) (GMT -6 or the US CST).
The reseller from the Mountain Time Zone lives in Boise, Idaho (ID) (GMT -7 or the US MST).
For the web hosting reseller from Richmond, Virginia (VA) the deadline for changing the preferred payment method for all commissions for web hosting and domain name registration for April 2005 will be up to 5:00 PM or 17:00 (EST) on May 28, 2005.
For the web hosting reseller from Tulsa, Oklahoma (OK) the deadline for changing the preferred payment method for all commissions for web hosting and domain name registration for April 2005 will be up to 4:00 PM or 16:00 (CST) on May 28, 2005.
For their colleague from Boise, Idaho (ID) the deadline will be up to 3:00 PM or 15:00 (MST) on May 28, 2005.
We would like to note that we highly value the honesty and accuracy of our reseller web hosting relations with you and one of the components of these relations is the well-organized and timely payment of resellers' commissions. This is the only and justified reason for the existence of this period (May 29, 2005 - June 6, 2005), during which you would be unable to change your preferred payment method. So far we have no reason to believe that we had caused you any inconvenience in connection with this process, but if this in not true, we ask you to excuse us.
Currently we can pay your reseller commission by check, bank wire, PayPal or through your reseller Wallet.
All commissions for April 2005 will be paid as scheduled on June 6, 2005.
