Traditionally, we would like to use the chance to remind you that if for any reason you wish to change the method by which you receive your free reseller hosting commissions (PayPal, bank wire or check), you should do so no later than September 28, 2004. The payment of commissions for the sales of web hosting plans and domain name registrations made by you is forthcoming, as well as the payment of commissions for the upgrades made by your web hosting clients from August 1 to August 31, 2004.
With regard to the organization of check issuance a short period is required, namely from September 29 to October 6, 2004 during which we would be unable to accept requests for changing your preferred payment method. During this period, all payments will be made according to the method that you chose before September 28, 2004.
As we have previously noted the date on our servers is set to GMT +2, regardless of the fact that the servers are located in Fremont, California (CA) where time is GMT -8. This information is important to those of you, who decide to change their preferred payment method on Septembert 28, 2004 (we would not advise this, of course). To avoid any misunderstanding connected with this fact, we will give you the following example:
Let us say that we have three US resellers, one from the East Coast, one from the Central Time Zone and one from the Mountain Time Zone.
The hosting reseller from the East Coast lives in Cincinnati, Ohio (OH) (GMT -5 or the US EST).
The reseller from the Central Time Zone lives in Springfield, Illinois (IL) (GMT -6 or the US CST).
The reseller from the Mountain Time Zone lives in Salt Lake City, Utah (UT) (GMT -7 or the US MST).
For the web hosting reseller from Cincinnati, Ohio (OH) the deadline for changing the preferred payment method for all commissions for web hosting and domain name registration for August 2004 will be up to 5:00 PM or 17:00 (EST) on September 28, 2004.
For the web hosting reseller from Springfield, Illinois (IL) the deadline for changing the preferred payment method for all commissions for web hosting and domain name registration for August 2004 will be up to 4:00 PM or 16:00 (CST) on September 28, 2004.
For their colleague from Salt Lake City, Utah (UT) the deadline will be up to 3:00 PM or 15:00 (MST) on September 28, 2004.
We would like to note that we highly value the honesty and accuracy of our reseller web hosting relations with you and one of the components of these relations is the well-organized and timely payment of reseller commissions. This is the only and justified reason for the existence of this period (September 29 - October 6, 2004), during which you would be unable to change your preferred payment method. So far we have no reason to believe that we had caused you any inconvenience in connection with this process, but if this in not true, we ask you to excuse us.
Currently we can pay your reseller commission by a check, bank wire or PayPal.
All commissions for August 2004 will be paid as scheduled on October 5, 2004.
