We would like to announce that 6 hours ago we experienced a major crash of one of our main reseller web hosting network database servers. A hardware failure dropped offline the server and caused downtime of the RSP members area, signup section and the entire d*u*o*servers.

Fortunately, we have managed to recover all the data and run all the web hosting services again.
