ResellersPanel is making another step forward! Now all of our web hosting resellers can offer their customers domain name registration and transfer upgrade services!
Thanks to the large growth of our reseller hosting network, we were able to prepare and offer a new additional service, which should help your clients upgrade to larger web hosting plans and buy additional hosted domains increasing your revenue.
Since our policy does not include the provision of services that we cannot support, so far we have only offered web hosting accounts with an option for registering one domain name. Now we are ready to present our next big step forward - domain name registration and transfer service. This new service will help your customers buy new or transfer already existing domains from other registrars to us and host them in the same account. The hosting upgrades and the domain registration/transfer are easy and are carried out with just a few mouse clicks. Everything is prepared to be fast and easy to use by you and your clients.
This way the management of the hosting service and the domain names is carried out from a single place and your customers are protected from one of the primary problems on the Internet - domain name expiration. There are many people on the Internet, who deal in domain name disputes, including cyber-squatting, typo-squatting, domain-based trademark infringement and domain transfer fraud. These people track domain names that have expired and register them to make money from the traffic or resell them for a higher profit. This problem costs tens or even hundreds thousands of dollars to many companies and individuals and is caused by the lack of sufficient control over the domain name and the different places of domain name registration and hosting. This problem will not exist for you and your clients, if you use our new service.
Before the domain expires, your client will receive four reminding e-mail messages for renewal. These warnings will be sent 30, 14 and 7 days before the domain expires as well as on the day of the domain expiration. Even if the domain has expired, it can be renewed for 30 days after the day of expiration. When these 30 days have passed, the domain will be available for re-registration by any interested party.
Our new service gives you and your reseller web hosting clients complete control over their domains for changing the WHOIS information, altering the contact e-mails and updating the DNS (Domain Name Server) settings.
Since ResellersPanel abides 100% to the legal requirements of ICANN*, we always manually check all domain name registrations and transfers as well as all changes to the Whois information or contact e-mails, which should always be accurate! In this way, we protect from fraudulent activities not only ourselves, but you as well.
The wholesale price for domain registration/transfer is $8.50 a year and as with the rest of our services that you resell, we cover all billing expenses, which amount to 8-11% of the total cost.
The minimum price for domain registration or transfer is $8.50 (i.e. equal to the wholesale price) and the maximum price is $15.00. The default price for domain registration or transfer is $10.00. To change it, go to 'Edit Upgrades' section in the Reseller Control Panel

Your Representations. By applying to register a domain name, or by asking us to maintain or renew a domain name registration, you hereby represent and warrant to us that (a) the statements that you made in your Registration Agreement are complete and accurate; (b) to your knowledge, the registration of the domain name will not infringe upon or otherwise violate the rights of any third party; (c) you are not registering the domain name for an unlawful purpose; and (d) you will not knowingly use the domain name in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. It is your responsibility to determine whether your domain name registration infringes or violates someone else's rights.
