Issues with Email Services

Currently we are experiencing some technical issues with the support emails. The same email server that is processing reseller emails processes support emails. This reseller hosting network server is currently under a heavy spam attack. At the moment, there are 220,000 email messages waiting in the queue of this mail server, so if you have sent us an email it is possible that our customer support staff has not received your e-mail yet. At present, occasionally email delivery is being delayed with one up to two days. If you are waiting for an email on your web hosting reseller domain, it might take up to 48 hours until you receive it. We have already resolved the issue with the accumulating spam email messages. Unfortunately, we cannot delete the 220,000 e-mail in the queue of the server, since about 5,000 of these e-mail are addressed to and from resellers and support staff, the rest of the emails are spam. However, since we do not have a method that would determine which emails are legitimate and which are spam with 100% certainty, we are forced to wait until the mail sever finishes processing the entire queue.
