Traditionally, we would like to use the chance to remind you that if for any reason you wish to change the method by which you receive your reseller commission (PayPal, bank wire or check), you should do so no later than July 28, 2004. The payment of commissions for the sales of web hosting plans and domain name registrations made by you is forthcoming, as well as the payment of commissions for the upgrades made by your web hosting clients from June 1 to June 30, 2004.
With regard to the organization of check issuance a short period is required, namely from July 29 to August 6, 2004 during which we would be unable to accept requests for changing your preferred payment method. During this period, all payments will be made according to the method that you chose before July 28, 2004.
As we have previously noted the date on our servers is set to GMT +2, regardless of the fact that the servers are located in Fremont, California (CA) where time is GMT -8. This information is important to those of you, who decide to change their preferred payment method on July 28, 2004 (we would not advise this, of course). To avoid any misunderstanding connected with this fact, we will give you the following example:
Let us say that we have three US resellers, one from the East Coast, one from the Central Time Zone and one from the West Coast.
The reseller from the East Coast lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (PA) (GMT -5 or the US EST).
The reseller from the Central Time Zone lives in Jefferson City, Missouri (MO) (GMT -6 or the US CST).
The reseller from the West Coast lives in Las Vegas, Nevada (NV) (GMT -8 or the US PST).
For the web hosting reseller from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (PA) the deadline for changing the preferred payment method for all commissions for web hosting and domain name registration for June 2004 will be up to 5:00 PM or 17:00 (EST) on July 28, 2004.
For the web hosting reseller from Jefferson City, Missouri (MO) the deadline for changing the preferred payment method for all commissions for web hosting and domain name registration for June 2004 will be up to 4:00 PM or 16:00 (CST) on July 28, 2004.
For their colleague from Las Vegas, Nevada (NV) the deadline will be up to 2:00 PM or 14:00 (PST) on July 28, 2004.
We would like to note that we highly value the honesty and accuracy of our reseller web hosting relations with you and one of the components of these relations is the well-organized and timely payment of reseller commissions. This is the only and justified reason for the existence of this period (July 29 - August 6, 2004), during which you would be unable to change your preferred payment method. So far we have no reason to believe that we had caused you any inconvenience in connection with this process, but if this in not true, we ask you to excuse us. We would like to assure you that we continue to work in accordance with our goal to increase the quality of all aspects of our activities.
Currently we can pay your commissions by check, bank wire or PayPal.
All commissions for June 2004 will be paid as scheduled on August 5, 2004.
