We would like to inform you that as of 8AM GMT Saturday, June 16, 2007, a next generation billing system will be launched. This billing system will represent a substantial improvement to the currently used one in terms of both speed and stability. Furthermore, the new billing system will facilitate order localization, which will result in faster order processing and verification. The upcoming innovation in our reseller web hosting network billing environment will not affect the current payment methods in use. The billing processors that we are working with will stay the same as well.
After the new billing system is launched, we would like to encourage each hosting reseller of ours to test the order placement procedure (you do not need to complete the orders; reaching the payment stage without making an actual payment will be sufficient for testing purposes, unless you want to make an actual order, which is always welcome, of course) and submit your feedback to help us uncover and quickly eliminate the bugs that might have escaped our rigorous in-house testing process. The launch is scheduled for Saturday, since the weekend is generally less intensive in terms of new order placement. However, our developers will be on duty during the weekend to help quickly resolve any issues that might arise with the launch of the new billing system.
