ResellersPanel would like to announce a new option that will be available to our hosting reseller partners. Our staff will be calling the end-customers whose accounts are about to expire to remind them to renew their web hosting accounts. Due to expressed disapproval from some of our resellers this service will be available as an option of choice only.
When calling the customers of our resellers, who chose to use this option, our staff will present them as support of the respective free reseller hosting brand. For example if your web hosting brand is 'Power Hosting' our staff will present themselves as 'Power Hosting' support. The calls will take place at a time convenient for your customers. For instance, our staff will call between 9:30 and 20:30 local customer time.
These optional reminder calls are intended to increase web hosting account renewal rate, which currently is 50%. If this initiative is successful it will benefit both our resellers and our reseller web hosting network.
We are planning to start this initiative by calling our resellers who have ordered accounts at wholesale price for their own purposes and whose accounts are close to expiration.
