We would like to inform you that we had to reschedule the HDD upgrade of our reseller web hosting network server - SupCenter27.com. There is a problem with the RAID on the server. Our system administrators tried to rebuild the RAID, but unfortunately the rebuild was not successful, because there seems to be a critical issue with one of the hard disks in the RAID. We have to replace the disk as soon as possible to avoid the chance of losing customers' web hosting accounts data. Currently, the hard disks on the server are operating in read-only mode. Our system administrators will soon power down the server to replace the faulty drive. After the drive is replaced, the healthy drives on the server will continue to operate in read-only mode until the RAID is successfully rebuilt.
