n Monday, September 6, 2004 we were confronted with serious hardware discomfort that affected our reseller web hosting server SS12.com. This was namely the reason for the server's down position until Wednesday, September 8, 2004. At identifying the problem, our administrators invested unceasingly all of their efforts in order to fix it as soon as possible. In consequence, the server was changed and the whole information restored by the backup server.
We'd like to apologize for the occurred embarrassment as a result of this incident. Problems of such nature are quite unusual but they do exist and it's pretty hard to be predicted or averted. Anyway, we'd like to reassure you that our well-trained teams of administrators is on the alert for a relevant reaction against their intrusion, thus keeping the quality of our private label reseller hosting services up to your expectations.
