Resellers Panel is happy to announce that the View Payments History section of the Reseller Control Panel has been improved significantly. The section now contains a New Payment History table with six columns.
The Period column lists the month during which the reseller commission was accumulated. If you click on the link for a given month a table with detailed statistics for the sales made during this month and the accumulated commission will open.
The Sales column list the total number of web hosting services sales made by you and your affiliates during the specified month. If you point your mouse to the number in this column, a small balloon window will be displayed detailing how many sales you made and how many were made by your affiliates.
The Commission column lists the total free reseller hosting commission you have accumulated for the specified month. If you point your mouse to the number in this column, a balloon window will be displayed specifying the commission earned from your sales, the commission earned from the sales made by your affiliates and the total amount of commission you have earned during the specified month.
The Payment Method column lists the commission payment method that you have chosen for the specified month. It also displays the ID value of the commission payment, if the payment has been issued by our reseller hosting system already. If you point your mouse to the value in this column a balloon window with additional details about the commission method that you have chosen, such as the minimum commission release level for this method, the e-mail address to which the PayPal payment was (or will be) sent or the physical address to which the check was (or will be) sent.
The Payment Status column lists the status of your commission payment for the specified month, such as upcoming, sent, paid, cancelled or void.
The Comments column contains additional comments regarding the status of your current web hosting reseller commission payment with regard to the specified month, if such comments are available. If we were unable to send your commission for the specified month through the payment method you have chosen, you can point your mouse to the value in this column and a balloon window with details about your payment and instructions on how to proceed will be displayed.
