Resellers Panel would like to announce that the View Payments History section of the Reseller Control Panel has been substantially improved. A details link has been added to the Issued payment date column of the Payment History table.
When you follow the details link a new page containing detailed information about your reseller commission payments is displayed. The displayed page will show whether your commission was paid by check or by PayPal. In case of a check payment the following information: date of check issuance, check number, payment amount, check status and the address where the check was sent. Check status can be either none, paid or cancelled. Check status none means that the check was issued but was not cashed in by the web hosting reseller, paid means that the check was cashed in and cancelled means that the check was cancelled for some reason (for instance if a reseller has changed his/her opinion and preferred to receive the payment by PayPal). In case of a PayPal payment the following information will be displayed: payment date, sender e-mail, recipient e-mail, payment amount, transaction ID and payment status. In case that no payment has been issued, because the payment date has not been reached yet, the above information will not be available for the respective period.
In addition to this information, a table with comprehensive commission details is displayed. The table contains the following columns: Client, Details, Status, Quantity, Wholesale (Price), Retail (Price), and (Date) Paid.
The Client column lists the username of the client who has made the order.
The Details column shows the date and time of the order, the type of the order (web hosting plan, domain, upgrade or renewal) and additional information such as type of plan, domain name, type of upgrade or type of renewal that was made respectively.
The Status column displays whether the status of the order is normal or it was refunded.
The Quantity column lists the quantity of the services that were ordered.
The Wholesale (Price) and Retail (Price) columns display our reseller hosting network's wholesale and the retail price of the ordered services respectively.
Finally the (Date) Paid column specifies the date when the commission payment was made.
The bottom of the table shows the total amount of sales both at wholesale and retail price as well as the total amount of refunds at wholesale and retail price respectively.
