Resellers Panel would like to announce that the Upgrades section in the Web Hosting Control Panel of your customers can now be switched ON and OFF. You can set this option according to your preference through the Change API Settings section of your Reseller Control Panel. Your choice will be valid for all newly created web hosting accounts. This option is intended for hosting resellers who are using the our reseller hosting API.
You can also turn ON and OFF the Upgrades section of already existing accounts on an individual basis. You can do this through the Manage Upgrades section of your reseller control panel. Just choose a client username from the dropdown menu, click on Show Client, then choose whether Upgrades should be ON or OFF and click on the Change button to apply the change in real time. The option to display the Upgrades for individual customers set through the Manage Upgrades section of the resellers control panel can be used by each web hosting reseller regardless of whether he/she is also using the Resellers Panel API or has decided not to use it.
If you choose switch ON the display of the Upgrades section in the Web Hosting Control Panel of a client of yours (or all your clients), your client(s) will be able to make upgrades through their web hosting control panel and will be billed by Resellers Panel for any upgrades they order. The difference between the retail prices you have set for upgrades and our wholesale prices for these upgrades will be included in your reseller commission payments. If you decide to switch OFF the display of the Upgrades section in the web hosting control panel of a client of yours (or all your clients), you will need to make all necessary upgrades to the account(s) of your client(s) using the ResellersPanel API.
