We are glad to announce the latest update to our reseller web hosting system. Now all of your end customers will be able to enjoy a better account management environment after some important changes to the structure of the Web Hosting Control Panel. All services included in the web hosting plan are arranged according to their functionality into six main groups: Site Manager, E-mail Manger, Web Design, Statistics, Account Profile and 24/7 Customer Support.
Thanks to the changes made in the arrangement of the services and their grouping by functionality, the current web hosting control panel is much more functional and intuitive. The usage of the different sections for settings and control remains the same with the exception of a few minor changes in their functionality.
The new structure of the web hosting control panel has the following arrangement:

Three new colors have been added as themes: sky blue, dark blue and dark red. The familiar green control panel is also available.
All icons, which signify a specific service, are chosen thematically to describe graphically the function of the specific section of the control panel in the best way. The icons have a style close to the style of Microsoft Windows XP.
After the grouping of the services, the access to customer support through our Help Center is simplified considerably, because there is a Support section in top left corner of the web hosting control panel, where the six main sections are located. A drop-down menu provides easy access to every section or service, regardless of where the customer is currently.
For example, if a web hosting customer is looking at Traffic Stats (which is located in the 'Statistics' main section of the functionally organized web hosting control panel) and wants to go to the File Manager with a single click (which is locates in the 'Site Manger' main section of the functionally organized web hosting control panel) then he can do so through the already mentioned drop-down menu, which is situated on top of the page.
This drop-down menu is the old menu, which was located on the left side in the previous version of the control panel. It stretched down too much because of the large number of sections and was considerably more difficult to navigate compared to the present version.
In addition, new more detailed and sufficiently explanatory error messages were added to the control panel.
We are currently preparing the introduction of new languages (French, Spanish and German) to the web hosting control panel. The aforementioned error messages are already translated into French, but the web hosting control panel together with the help topics is not translated yet.
