We would like to remind you that by May 28, 2004 (inclusive) you could change the method by which you receive your commissions for web hosting plan sales and domain name registrations. This includes the commissions for web hosting upgrades made by your web hosting customers in April 2004.

Starting today, it is possible to log into client accounts. Every web hosting reseller can log into the accounts of each of his or her clients, if this is necessary or if the reseller wishes to do this for any other reason.
This can be done by opening the 'View Clients' section from 'Stats and Reports' of the Reseller Control Panel.

Starting today, May 26, 2004, all of our web hosting resellers will be able to renew the hosting accounts of their clients manually through the "Manual Renewal" section of the Reseller Control Panel. How does the "Manual Renewal" service work?

The changes in the structure of the web hosting control panel are already a fact. All services included in the web hosting plan are arranged according to their functionality into six main groups: Site Manager, E-mail Manger, Web Design, Statistics, Account Profile and 24/7 Customer Support.
Thanks to the changes made in the arrangement of the services and their grouping by functionality, the current web hosting control panel is much more functional and intuitive. The usage of the different sections for settings and control remains the same with the exception of a few minor changes in their functionality.

After numerous requests by many hosting resellers for the addition of anti-virus protection for all e-mail accounts, we have added anti-virus protection on all servers form our hosting network in the beginning of the last week (after April 12, 2004).
The protection is automatic for all our SMTP and POP3 servers.

Starting today all web hosting resellers of Resellers Panel can choose to receive their commissions through PayPal officially. All resellers, who have a PayPal account and want to receive their commissions through PayPal instead of a check or bank transfer, should log into the Reseller Control Panel. From there they should go to Change Payment Details and choose PayPal from the drop-down menu. Then they should enter the e-mail they have used when registering for PayPal in the field below the drop-down menu.

The transfer of all user accounts from the old Web Hosting Control Panel (version 1.0) to the new Web Hosting Control Panel (version 2.0) has been successfully completed. During the past few weeks the transfer was carried out gradually and all web hosting customers were informed that in 60 days their accounts would be transferred to the new web hosting system with the new Web Hosting Control Panel.

For more than three months, Resellers Panel has successfully provided PayPal payments to all resellers of web hosting templates and for remote order forms. The introduction of PayPal payments for all potential web hosting clients has also proven to be extremely successful. During the past 30 days we have received many inquires whether we would offer PayPal payments to our resellers, i.e. whether we intend to add PayPal as the third method of paying commissions to our resellers.

We have been informed by Avalon Accounting, the accounting company responsible for receiving all W-9 forms from US resellers that the 1099 form is sent when the amount of received commissions exceeds $600 (six hundred USD). If the amount of received commissions is less than $600, then a 1099 form is NOT sent to the individual or the company, who have filed the W-9 form.

All 1099 files will be sent in the next two weeks by regular US mail. Each 1099 file will include the total amount of money received by each reseller by December 31, 2003 (i.e. all cashed-in checks or wire transfers made by December 31, 2003 will be included). The 1099 files will be sent by Avalon Accounting, an accounting company based in Coral Springs, Florida.
